My least favourite day of the year is HALLOWEEN. Patrick and Anthony were on the stake temple visit over Halloween (lucky them). So I was hoping that I could do as little as possible. "skip Halloween". That the children would go off with their dad to the bomb fire and be happy with that. That I could be one of those people that turn out all the lights to show no one was home. To watch some tv in peace. But nope the lovely Nikki had different Ideas. We had no choice. I dressed up as a pirate. Katie was a witch. Michael was Harry Potter. Nikki turned up dressed as a Zombie cheerleader. We had fun trick or treating. Doing sparklers. Eating some yummy sweets. Taking some fun photos. I'll never love Halloween but I'm glad that I made it fun for the kids and that they enjoyed the night they had waited so long for :)
