I've decided I can't wait:-) so I open the pudding carefully:-{ (Carol told me to let her know how it turned out as its her very first time to attempt making Christmas pudding) I'm hoping its just the way I like it. What was my surprise when I broke the foil cover and could smell the waft of rich moist Christmas pudding. My hopes rise with my expectation. I look in and see perfect looking pudding. Will it taste as good as it initially smells and looks??? YES! Carol, well done, it is PERFECT!!!!!! Just PERFECT!!!! You would give any Christmas pudding connoisseur a real treat with this recipe. Thank You :-)

First attempt at Christmas pudding :)
God loves a tryer, so I thought why not attempt to bake a Christmas pudding. With the help of Mrs Christmas herself, Suzanne Coffee :D I was prepared to enter the road yet travelled. So a million ingredients and a tonne of baking equipment later, I was good to go. It was such a fun, and actually therapeutic, thing to do. I didn't realise my kitchen would smell so amazing with the senses coming from my oven over the hours the pudding baked and for hours after too. Christmas pudding baking is definitely a new tradition I will continue each year. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your special recipe with me x In case my words in this blog haven't done my pudding justice (hehe) I thought I'd quote my first ginue pig, and pudding connoisseur(aka John Cole) his reaction was better than my poor mother in law, who I brought to tears (ops)
