The long awaited day, the 17th of November 2011 arrived. Midnight could not come fast enough. Having read the Twilight series a number of times, and watched the movies, oh roughly a million times, I was very excited to see how the movie "Breaking Dawn" part one was going to view on the big screen. The official release date was 18th November, but there were special shows at midnight the night before. Myself, Lisa, Michelle, Sharon, Nikki and Maria met early to enjoy some Eddie rockets and to chat about what we expected from the film. I could hardly wait to see the story, which had become almost reality to me, come to life for all to see. There were so Many women, that the men's toilets were opened for us. We had some fun posing for a couple of photos for a laugh, you just have to seize opportunity's :)
From Beginning to end I was not disappointed, with how the storyline was portrayed. The passion that oused from the pages of Stephanie Mayer's magical book, was felt by all in the movie theatre. The anticipation could literally be heard as every person drew in and held their breaths in unison at critical times. I was warned by the girls, that I was to control myself and not laugh out too loudly as I am known to do at the cinema. I'm usually the one others laugh at because I'm laughing enthusiastically. I have to say I behaved myself this time and was well "refined". It was Nikki who outdid us all on the laugh factor ha I am so excited now to part 2 of "Breaking Dawn". I've told Patrick he no longer needs to read "Men are from mars, Women are from Venus" that he simply needs to read the Twilight series to know how to be the perfect husband ha In case I haven't already said, I need to finish by stating, I am TEAM EDWARD all the way :) and I have the souvenir poster to prove it haha :)
